VENEZUELA - The Revolution won´t be televised ( Again)

Once again ( in reality it has never stopped), the dark forces of imperialism are in a full fledged propaganda, economical and political war against the Bolivarian Revolution.

Of course, the MSM controlled by the 1% , portrays the Venezuelan government and its president as a dictatorship and a ruthless dictator ( have you heard that before??) oppressing his people, suppressing the freedom of press ( really?? Since the arrival of Hugo Chavez, back in the 90´s, in Venezuela there are hundreds if not thousands of newspapers, tv and radio stations; a big big portion of them openly opposing the government ).

Clearly, Nicolás Maduro is not Hugo Chavez, lacking his popularity and charisma, combined with the tide of right wing governments in Latin America, low prices of Oil ( Still the main source of income for Venezuela), an opposition obsessed with destroying the bolivarian revolution, USA financing and promoting unrest at all levels, attack on venezuelan currency, etc, etc. is pushing the people to a dangerous level of insecurity and food shortages.

Nicolás Maduro and his government should find ingenious ways to counteract all these attacks. Deepen cooperation with progressive governments around the world, bypassing the use of US dollars for its international trade, exploring the use of cryptocurrencies at all levels, increasing the push for a post-oil economy, investing heavinly in agriculture and light industries.

USA and other imperialist powers are only interested in creating a Lybian/Syrian style situation, creating perpetual chaos in order to secure the acces to Venezuelan resources for the coming decades. They don´t care who is in power, as long as they can count on getting the oil, metals, water in the mid future. A perpetual warlike status is Ok for the USA, be it in Venezuela or the middle east.

2002 documentary about the April 2002 Venezuelan coup attempt which briefly deposed Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez. A television crew from Ireland's national broadcaster, RTÉ happened to be recording a documentary about Chávez during the events of April 11, 2002. Shifting focus, they followed the events as they occurred. During their filming, the crew recorded images of the events that they say contradict explanations given by Chávez's opposition, the private media, the US State Department, and then White House Press Secretary Ari Fleischer. The documentary says that the coup was the result of a conspiracy between various old guard and anti-Chávez factions within Venezuela and the United States.

Sort:

Dude i have several friends from Venezuela and all of them are saying what the news are showing, i don't care about capitalism or communism, they don't have anything to eat, and are looking for a way to leave thay failed country, Maduro is crazy, please don't write bullshit

Yes, the food and essential stuff shortages are real, I´m not denying that. But you must see beyond the surface and not only the hysterical portrait the MSM is feeding to weak minds all over the world.
