Hate me as you hate yourself!!

The whole racism issue is always dicey. As a black man I feel for my brothers and sisters who suffer overseas of racism. I don't often hear or read stories like the one I saw on my TL on twitter today.
It's a story of Lizzy dawn, a white beautiful lady who poured acid on her face and claimed she was attacked by a black woman in her forties. She received sympathy from the people until the police noticed her story doesn't add up. On proper interrogation she confessed she made up the story.
After coming across her story, I couldn't help but wonder how a human can hate the black so much to disfigure her own face with acid. You don't buy face from the store next door.
I did a Google Search to see that the same occurrence has happened before and I'm thinking, how many innocent black people are in jail for a crime they did not commit.
