RE: Vocab-ability–122 (leg = law) – A More Powerful Vocabulary (earn UpVotes with “Vocab Practice” exercise)

in #vocab-ability6 years ago

MY VOCAB PRACTICE

  1. Legal
"I'm not sure about the legality of this."

  2. Legislature
"How can they make laws on this if they don't understand it? I wish I could join the legislature and teach them a thing or two."

  3. Legitimate
"You can't sue them for that, you know? They got all of their profits through legitimate means."

  4. Legislation
"Shouldn't the legislation follow the will of the people?"

My first thought when I read the title this time "WOW! didn't know that, but totally makes sense." Not sure if I used #2 correctly, but I come with this after I saw few examples.

Good work!

Even # 2 looks fine!
