That doc Fishead I linked you a while back, has the guys that developed the test they actually got to use on a huge base looking for the 'Corporate Psychopaths'.
They had to coin that term to differentiate the Hollywood bullshit persona of the scary evil ax murderer, to hide the truth which is, your BOSS, and your POLITICIAN, and your POLICE, and your MINISTRY, etc.. are breeding grounds for the 'Corporate Psychopath". Over time (now), the psychos have all gravitated to the top.
