To be fair, I think everyone in the world is getting poorer right now except for the top 10% maybe.
I did just learn recently that the US's production of natural gas had increased significantly, because we're filling in the gaps selling to Europe where they have stopped buying from Russia.
Always the politicians talk like they care about climate change, but instead of replacing with green energy types, we'll just INCREASE production. 😮💨
(I realize building new infrastructure takes time, but it has been two years in the case of boycotting Russia)
