RE: Ecency waves Nov 20

I write a comment under someone else's post, when I care about the content.

When I have something to say/ask.

And not when they write a comment under my posts.

I use the platform naturally.

Why is this so hard for many other Hive users?

People want to play the quid pro quo. Tit for that. You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours. That's not how social media works. Follow your passion.

True.

Nowadays the natural usage and the real interest in the content is very rare on the Hive blockchain.

Most people care mostly about their own posts.

There is a general lack of real content consumers.

Because of this, most Hive posts are ignored/overlooked.

This is how most Hive users socially ruin an otherwise technically revolutionary platform by their bad behavior.

I tend to comment on my friends posts. I like to encourage people who have a positive attitude about Hive and are helping Hive grow by being active.

I see the comments as a sign that the person may have given some time and read the post. And I think by replying I acknowledge their time and effort.

But I get what you mean. Its the mechanical responses or comments, like good point, informative post, interesting way that gets me all fired up. Also the AI response.. 😔
