Introduction

Empire Duels is all about the thrill of building and growing your business against market challenges and conditions, all the while trying to make it profitable by spotting opportunities. It's a business simulation game where you craft and sell tools. Tools are used to mine the resources needed for crafting. There are 3 types of tools and after all the Genesis Tools are sold out, tools can only come from player crafting. Genesis tools are important because in the future, there are some items that can only be crafted using Genesis Tools.

Gameplay

The 3 types of resources are food, metal and wood. The 3 types of tools are Farm Tool, Mine Tool and Lumber Tool. Each tool mines a basic and an exotic resource. Farm Tool produces Wheat and Berries, Mine Tool produces Iron and Nickel and Lumber Tool produces Rosewood and Teak. Production quantities of exotic resources are a % of basic resource. Each tool has 5 rarities. They are referred to as Type 1 to 5. Each tool has a 100 durability when in full health. Each mining action uses durability and needs to be repaired when it gets too low. How do I start

There is no free to play option. You need to get at least one tool to start playing. At the time of writing, there are some great bargains of Genesis Tools to be had on AH. It's a business sim., so you would also need to have some captial on hand to take advantage of market movements. There is an Exchange within the game for buying and selling resources. The game currency EDL can be traded on Alcor.
