In the last week or so this post about a creative Christmas decoration has been picking up a lot of traffic for peakd.com.

If you feel like she should be rewarded for her high traffic post, upvote this one, for which she is set as the beneficiary. @keco's post was made in late 2021 and she stopped being active in 2022, but you never know if she'll turn up again and find that her Hive activity has a long tail.

Wow, how do I make such high traffic posts?

There's no surefire way to make a high traffic post. However I would suggest some likely contributing factors:

  1. Posts being unique and interesting
  2. Posts having good use of keywords (ie. Search Engine Optimization).
  3. Sharing in places where it is relevant
  4. Sharing in your personal social networks
  5. Sharing on Twitter, Reddit and other social networks.

Wow these are really great and insightful points, I'll always keep them in my mind and heart. I'll do more research with the points you've given me and make a great post, hope I can tag you when the post comes out❤️🥰

Congratulationds @keco you did it!

Hey @demotruk does that mean that Eyes on Hive is back again?

I won't be running daily competitions, but when I find that a post is getting a lot of traffic I will make such beneficiary posts to channel them some rewards. If people can prove that they contributed to generating the traffic, I'll try to get some rewards for them too.

Okay that's a good idea, keep the good work on!
