- We prepared and fullfilled a deal with the Utopis team and bought 2,700 shares for 1,590 $. This was a Discount of 50%. We expect a weekly dividend from this project and a yROI of about 90%.
- For the Utopis deal TheZorro#3160 provided the needed liquidity and got 1,750 new issued shares in exchange.

In the last week we have generated 158 $ (0.01 $ per share) revenue for our shareholders. The value of our assets increased by 15 % (before counting in the moneyflow from new issued shares) to 14,529 $ compared to 10,898 $ on 27.06.2021.
There are 3 categories our revenue is split into:
Activities are all revenue streams we have full control over. This could be managing accounts in different games for a profit share, mining cryptocurrencies, renting assets or getting a profit share for anything.
Projects are all revenue streams where we have pretty much no control over. Those are supporting early projects or reciving dividends.
sales are all revenue streams from selling assets we have on our balance sheet.

We are currently working on breeding axies to sell them or open a second team. There are no other planned investments
Dividend suggestion
With this weeks earnings of 158 $ ( 0.01$ per share), our planned investments of 0 $ and our free capital of 154 $ SIG is able to hand out a dividend of 154 $ (0.012 $ per share) to our shareholders.
All shareholders can issue a proposal in our discord to pay out a dividend if they feel it´s the right thing, no matter what the managers say.
Shareholder structure and share development
Ownership of the swarm investment group is calculated by ownership of Swarm Shares (SWARM) tradeable at Hive.engine. Please be aware that due to the nature of this project the swarm share will be very hard to trade on the open market for the next months or years. If you want to buy or sell shares, prepare a private deal in our discord server.
New shares will only be issued if the shareholders think it´s time to get more money into SIG and only if the majority of the new issued shares are getting reserved. Trading between shareholders however is alwayse possible.
