SPLINTERLANDS WEEKLY BATTLE CHALLENGE

I based my strategy on Thorns ability. As you know when a monster with thorns ability is damaged by a melee attack it does damage back to the attacker. Thorns ability work really well with high armor monsters because the opponent monster should attack multiple time. For this reason i chose Drake of Arnak and death element that give to all my monsters plus 1 armor. I pick Djinn Chwala with thorns ability, high shield and health with 2 melee damage, it is a very good tank IMO. My second pick is Chaos Agent, to absorb snipe attack. Third monster Death Elemental, magic damage with snipe ability to target ranged or magic monsters in the backline. Forth pick Soul Strangler ranged monster with two damages to counter demoralize ability. Last monster Cursed Windeku with thorns ability to damage sneak opponent monsters. The opponent chose to play Fire element with Tarsa as summoner. Chaos Agent as first to absorb damage. Living Lava as tank with shield to reduce melee and ranged damage. Disintegrator with demoralize ability to reduce melee damage. A sneak monster Tenyii Striker and last monster Radieted Schorcer. I predicted well the opponent strategy. Demoralize with shield ability strategy did not work thanks to my monsters with thorns. I think the opponent was wrong to put only two monsters in position to attack, in this way gave me the possibility to do damage and kill Living Lava. Sneak monster kill himself attacking my Cursed Windeku and then i easily win the battle. I think monster with thorns are weak against ranged monsters and magic damage, for this reason you should to pay attention to the rule set and the opponent's previous battles to try predict enemy strategy.

I really like play dragons monsters because you can chose different strategy based on the element you wanna play and the dragons monsters fit very well in all the element. Next time i will try the new dragons summoner Quick the Devious i think could be very useful and i love the artwork 🙃.
