I found these in the yard.

If you know what they are, please enlighten me.

I had just two of these come up last year, and the landlord mowed them down because he got lost on his little power trip.
I hope he is better in tune with nature, this year.

These below come up every year, they are firmly established having survived 15 years of getting mowed down every year.

This next one shows what 15 years of two smokers does to a house, and everything in it.

Están muy lindas querido amigo

These may be garlic or onions. Really amazing photography.

Lol, I know right, I should be the next Ernie Pyle.

I think I will just let them seed this year, and hope for more next year.
They are volunteers.

Chives.

Hmm, you just eat the tops of those don't ya?
I guess I need to bone up on the edible flora.
I think this year will all go to seed for next year.

Yeah, just the green tops. It'll taste much like onion tops. I eat them every time I walk past the damn things. Chives for sure if they start developing a purple flower on top. You can eat the flowers, too. It'll grow back every year. Dig them up and place them somewhere out of the way.

I eat everything I find on the ground. Except for the stuff that'll make you sick. Most things won't kill you.

Instead of skool teaching me something like that, it taught me that Brazil exported 400k metric tons of cotton in 1974, it was 1980.
It took me waaayyyy tooooo long to figure out what they had gotten away with doing.

I've found that I can get by on far fewer calories than I ever thought possible, I don't anymore, but I can.

Can't depend on others to tell you everything you need to know, even though everything you need to know depends on others.

That sounded good in my head. Should have left it there.

Lol, you really are priceless,...

Wild onion grass?

I used to see that everywhere in parks when I lived in Philly.

That is what I was thinking, two varieties of onions.

Lol, I love onions!
How do I know when to kill them and eat them?

We had to use kilz to cover the layer of nicotine.
