Lets check my wild mushroom stew

Hey beautiful people,

Let's check how to make some really really delicous mushroom stew.

First of first, it is really important to get the knowledge of what mushrooms are edible, and where to find them.

(sounds like the new movie of J.K. Rowling :D)

In Hungary this period of year is usually the best one to get some of the best mushrooms for free from the forest.

This one below known as King of mushrooms, is the bolete. Mixed up with some chanterelle you will fall in love with the stew my friend I can already tell you.

These young and crispy ones are the best for the stew. Once you have found like about a 500 gr of these that's going to be enough for 2 portions.

Clean them neatly and try to get rid the very unnecesarry parts of these, beauties.

Once these beauties are done to be being sliced and get into the bowl which has the onion pieces get mixed up with some sweet pepper powder in lower heat,

This is how it's gonna looks like:

In this point you will have to add some hot water to it, until it covers all the ingredients of the stew. salt a little bit of black pepper. mm, It already smells wonderful.

when some water has evaporated, go add 1 or two table spoons of sour cream to it. Mix it up on maximum heat, and than you are ready with it.

As in the region people used to eat it with noodles which is like flour few eggs, some water and salt mixed together pressed trough some kind of plate with small holes into hot water.
