Blah. Take a chill pill and let these folks have their fun. I don't mind suggesting there should be an open forum to help tackle internal issues, professionally, then being shot down, called names, misconstrued, eventually silenced, downvoted, yadda yadda yadda, by the very people claiming that approach should be frowned upon. When one attempts to offer possible solutions to problems people latch onto in order to get attention and make money, it's only natural to get pushed aside because an actual solution puts them out of work.
