Yes I am deciding very carefully how to use them.

You fit all the criteria that i decided to use:

• Honest
• Helps the community to Growth
• Active blogger, not just a passive Witness
• Informative
• Not fanatic, seams to me that you have reason behind your decisions
• No hidden agenda
• Has a linux server running the steem XD also pretty important

For now only two people qualify for this.

My witness vote has almost no value but will growth for sure.
