Happiness

Had another epic adventure the other day!
These last few adventures have been some of the most enjoyable days of my whole life!

I feel so lucky and grateful to be me and to be here at this point in time and I am once again amazed by just how incredible and beautiful Sedona is... What an amazing place!

I wish I could say more about what's going on, but... I have to be careful right now.

On a side note I recently learned about some positive benefits of "xylitol" and it's been helping me with my oral/dental and skin issues to a surprising degree, it also has a lot of other benefits! I'm definitely going to make a more in depth post about it in the future, but I want to wait a bit longer and heal a bit more first.

I've been healing in so many ways including with my OCD and feel I am becoming much more authentic and genuine in who I am and am learning really fascinating things! Life is really good for me right now and I'm appreciating it greatly. :)

Tons of love always and bye until next time! <3

I think you it has excellent positive energy, so this is an extra plus to what you use to heal yourself.
In relation to forgiving, how to forgive a person who marks your life, I leave that in the hands of GOD, I CANNOT forget, I see people and I ask KARMA to act, I return to them 7 times 7 what they do to me in name of GOD, I know that KARMA works since I do NOT do anything, I am innocent, but not ignorant

It's very difficult to forgive when you look at it in terms of it being about the other person and their worthiness of such, it's when you realize that it's about your own peace of mind that it becomes much more easy I think. If you truly love yourself, you want to give yourself more peace of mind, not less it seems to me.
