O Little One

O little one, you are so big and the world seems so small. You know what you want and that is beautiful. We believe in you and want you to have it too.

Do not forget little one, time is a precious thing. It is not your enemy. Time is time. It has a wisdom we do not fully comprehend and it will be a guide as you walk and talk and play. Trust the invisible hand upon your life and you will always enjoy the day.

You can grow so big and yet still be so small in the world. It is okay, little one. You are not alone. We pray you are not swayed by the world as you enter into it. We pray, little one, you are you and the world yields to its master.

You are you little one and we pray you never give up as you grow up. It is a tricky thing to be a little one even as you grow big. The sin it seems of life is growing up and not learning to be a child. Children have way more fun in this world. Children, well, they learn that this world is not the end and they can simply play.

Grow up little one. Show us all what it means to be true, to be you. Grow up little one. Share your gifts with us all and remind us what it means to be fearless. Grow up little one. Continue to show us why we hope for the future.
