Where Will the World be in 10 Years?

in #writing2 years ago

Prior to 2020, my wife and I did not listen to prophecy. Personally, I didn’t think it was relevant and much preferred what I could prove by science or scripture. Albeit, quantum physics astounds and amazes each day but I saw that as more tangible than someone receiving a word about things to come. My views have changed.

I listen to or read prophetic words on a daily basis now. These are not words from mediums, psychics, or palm readers. No, the people I listen to are believers in Jesus Christ.

There has been a consistent message from the prophets we listen to since the plandemic hit the world - there are glory days ahead and not gloomy days.

That may seem wild and out of touch. However, the more I disconnect from the news, enjoy peace and quiet through meditation, I realize it is true. The world is changing drastically and for the good.

A few years ago I would have said blockchain, Bitcoin and the whole web3 movement was going to be THE game changer. I realize now there is so much more that is going on.

One of my trading coaches recently made the comment that his friends on Wall Street are scratching their heads. They don’t know what to make of the environment we are in - I don’t know many people who can. The ones that do have a pulse on the situation, and actually make sense are the prophets.

I’ll share one article below that I found helpful. You’re welcome to read it or discard it. My wife and I have found incredible hope, excitement, and strength for our current milieu by reading words such as these. I pray you are equally encouraged for the days ahead.

For Such a Time as This.

I'll check out the article. Thanks for referencing it. We are doing an overview and run through of Revelation in our Bible study. It's pretty interesting the different ways you can view it. I never even knew some of them! We usually study chapter by chapter and verse by verse through a book of the Bible, but we are just doing a quick look at Revelation. Anyway, things are definitely changing in the world.

Revelation is a good book to be referencing and studying right now. So much going on. May you prosper and be in health!

Hey there Bro,

I won't pull any punches with you; this focus on extra-biblical prophecy really concerns me, and even more so after doing some reading at your linked source...😮

I think we've discussed this a bit in the past, but perhaps we can revisit it, if you're willing, in a future voice conversation...?😁

I couldn't agree more that we need a positive outlook on the future, but I think we can find that more reliably from an accurate analysis and understanding of the scriptures--which (now I'm confessedly being interpretive) steer us away from any reliance on man, and especially 'political' man. That, and positive, godly action by each of us individually, and by the ἐκκλησία collectively.

😄😇😉

@creatr

Thank you for your concern brother. Definitely worth a phone conversation. In the meantime, I refer you to Ephesians 4. Love you brother.
