You would believe me if I tell you that love is based on three elements. Have you ever wondered why your relationship does not work? Or maybe Why do not you deal with someone more than three months? Well, keep reading, because this may interest you.
In ancient times, specifically in Greek mythology they used to describe love from three stages: Eros, Philia and Agape. They said that the three loves should be in complete balance so that couples could consolidate in time, have a true love and without barriers.
✔ Eros: known as the God of love, is understood as a mundane and fleeting love, an erotic love, where prevails, desire and physical attraction. When there is "Eros" in a couple it is said that there is an unequaled inclination for passion and carnal encounters between both.
✔ Philia: refers to the friendly love, feeling in full trust with the couple, it is the joy and the gratification of being united, being kind, facing things as a team, satisfaction of having someone to share in the good and bad ; as it would look to a best friend.
✔ Agape: it is a love transformed into solidarity, it relates everything that as human beings we are capable of giving or doing for the person we love. A completely unconditional love, without interests, a more human love, always seeking the welfare of the other. If a couple prevails in this type of love, they are said to be able to face any situation in life together.
When in a relationship the EROS is pronounced more; Love becomes a conflictive stage, since the possession of the couple is sought. When the PHILIA intensifies more; is when the remorse comes because you feel that you "want" but do not "love" the person and when ÁGAPE is enunciated on a higher level we become dependent beings.
Undoubtedly, not always in a relationship we will feel the same sexual desire and adventure that at the beginning, that is why we have to work well the stages, because if we manage to enter and strengthen the philia, she will take care of maintaining eros from a healthier and controlled point of view.

➪ EROS + PHILIA - ÁGAPE = FAILURE (If you are not able to be supportive with your partner they will not succeed)
➪ EROS + ÁGAPE - PHILIA = FAILURE (If they can not maintain a friendly relationship they will not succeed)
➪ ÁGAPE + PHILIA - EROS = FAILURE (If there are no sexual encounters or desires they will not succeed)
If you are living a relationship, please evaluate your current status and see if you meet the three stages to achieve loving happiness. Analyze if you still feel sexual desire for your partner, if you trust fully in that person to have no secret and if you would be able to give everything without looking at conditions. Everything depends on you, how you were raised, what values were inculcated in you; Remember that in the relationship there can be no more identified love than another. All three must be complete 🎇 BALANCE 🎇.
