So I started reading the book series called "Wizard for Hire". It's a great series and I can't wait to start book two later this evening. It's a hilarious book that's insightful and deep, but still family-friendly.

Buttttt anyway, One of the scientists in the story discusses a desire to make someone's "willpower" stronger than their human mind.

So basically you can literally will your mind to do as you truly wish.

That concept isn't completely foreign to me but I just loved the way they broke it down and explained that our minds, though extremely complex, are so susceptible to being controlled by emotions, which are chemicals, and bad habits, which are stored in the basal ganglia part of our brains.

But to be able to will myself into a mind capable of executing and achieving my goals and dreams,
and at the same time remaining balanced and happy consistently at that exceptional rate of efficiency??? This would be amazing. It's honestly my life dream lol.

But I do believe it is possible. Maybe not at the levels explained in the book, but in a more real sense.

We can balance and prime our brains with our practices, faith, Diet, exercising our mind and body, etc.

I'm going to try this next week to do more breathing exercises, sleep better, meditate more, etc., and then I'm going to write about it. Maybe make a video.

You guys should comment on your thoughts on this. What helps you balance and execute?
