Great article. I agree in principle although to quote Keynes:

'The market can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent.' So what do you do?? Move too early and lose a ton, move too late and lose it all!

As you say, many have believed what you said since the collapse in 2007, yet if they had pulled all funds out of the stock market, they would have missed gains of 300% (your figures)! Knowing the outcome is relatively easy, its timing that's the bitch!
