Thanks, its a specific program, just push ups won't do it, finger and grip strength, wrist flexibility and strength, forearm and triceps strength, scapular extension, balance, hip nutation and full body tension are all factors to consider, but I am sure you are aware of that. yeah ive been doing all bodyweight calisthenics and my strength has skyrocketed lately, I also perform wrist mobility exercises daily which helps tremendously.
