To me I don’t think there‘s anything more soothing than the sound of the waves crashing towards the shore. It automatically makes me slow down whatever I’m doing, just to have a listen. It has a hypnotising effect, forcing me to truly be in the now. Forget about the past, stop worrying about the future. Just be.
Nature is the best remedy for everything. I feel so blessed for living in a country where I have such easy access to everything. Whether it is the beach, mountains, forests, lakes or fjords. Everything. Being out in fresh air and beautiful surroundings can make you forget all about stress, arguments, problems and pain. Combine this with yoga and you have a recipe for success.
When was the last time you were outside just enjoying being amongst plants, fields, flowers or just plain fresh air?
Hey, Thank you for this, the sound of waves are really soothing. I have a phobia for water so I don't really go to the beach as often as i'd love too.

I don't really go into the water as much, but I like listening and looking at it. The ocean is so vast and big that it is fascinating and terrifying at the same time. Of course I'll have a look! :) Have a lovely day!
