We finished another house flip today. This house we bought for $209,000 back in June and spent $30,000 fixing up. We also spent $15,000 on other costs and are listing the home for $289,000. We replaced the kitchen, bath, flooring, paint, added a bedroom and more. You can see a video of the house before fixed it up below:
