Today, despite the chilly temperatures, Stella and I went on a very, very long walk. I let her stop and sniff basically anything she wanted, too, which is supposedly good mental exercise and can tire them out as well.
She’s been driving me a little crazy when I’m trying to work. A big part of my daily work is Steemit-related, and I have to admit the whole thing has got me down lately, but especially today. Anyway, that’s why I decided today to just turn the computer off and go for a long walk to clear my head. It worked, sorta. Stella was pretty chill for the rest of the day.
I was gone for a bunch of it, though. I also had band practice, which is more exercise since I’m the drummer and the band is extremely loud. Unreasonably so, you might say.
Anyway, that’s what I did. Now I’m going to sleep, mostly to turn my brain off. Weed doesn’t do that for me anymore. 😔
I hope tomorrow is a better day.
