This is a mascot character that appears in the planning of a Japanese TV program. Its name is “ジーンちゃん”(The spell is “Gene”)

これは日本のテレビ番組の企画に出てくるマスコットキャラクターです。ジーンちゃんという名前なんですよ。

This has been sold as a product in the past. I have this product but now it’s not for sale...

これは過去に商品として売られていました。私はこれを持っていますが、現在は非売品です。
