Weight jumping up and down during my Refeed aka Dietbreak!
After 3 Weeks of strict (and i mean strict :D ) dieting, i really deserved this short break <3
This Diet feels like a lil vacation but on the other hand,
every time that passes without a Deficite make me a little bite more unsatisfied!
Because no Deficite means short term no fatloss....
But I beliebe in the long Term its more effective giving you some Refeeds among the Way to keep your Motivation and also Mentabolism higher :))

Yep totally got it...havent made a Cheatday or total Escalation for last 2 years.
Doing IIFYM theres always space for a cheatmeal. If not its just bad planing :)
