Change is surely our only constant (and taxes). People who resist change are the ones who struggle the most. Change is never easy, it is never pretty, but it is (unfortunately in some sense) our predicament.

Correct and one even pay taxes to die. I think that fear of comfort disturbances during change is the dark horse in the reluctance to change. There are of course many other reasons, but yes, no change means no progress.

Exactly, and people prohibit themselves from changing and learning from others when they artificially close down so many doors due to an unreasonable fear. Such a shame.
