Recipe: Lasagna with minced meat and cheese
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil;
- 450 g ground meat;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- 900 g marinara sauce ;
- 450 grams of ricotta;
- 50 g Parmesan;
- ¼ bunch parsley;
- 350 g sheets for lasagna;
- 700 g mozzarella.
Cooking
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Put the mince there and fry until done. Drain excess fat from the pan.
Add minced garlic, oregano, salt and pepper to the meat and fry for another minute. Add the marinara, mix and cook until the sauce is well warmed. Mix the ricotta, half the grated parmesan, almost all the chopped parsley, pepper and salt.
Spread a portion of the meat filling over the bottom of the baking dish, cover it with a portion of the lasagne sheets. Grease the sheets with part of the cheese mixture and lay out the top of the sliced mozzarella. Repeat layers. Cover the last layer of lasagna with meat mixture, mozzarella and grated parmesan.
Cover the form with foil. Bake the lasagna for 15 minutes at 190 ° C. Remove the foil, increase the temperature to 200 ° C and cook another 20 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with lasagna with chopped parsley.
