Yup, it will benefit those with war shares. Nothing wrong with that, every tax favors some group who own a particular set of cards, and I just like the way war tax works. I don't see the price going to a point to have 50% income taxes soon so it most likely wont' be activated at all. Just gotta wait and see.
Just think for a moment, checking the market, the last sale price of the military complex was 16900 SIN. Now those who do not have that purchasing power would benefit. In the end they are driving them away and discouraging them. You must take accounts in how many hands are those military complexes (I assure you that in very few) and basically By activating other taxes along with the war tax, you only benefit those who have the most. In other words, you take them all away but you return them to them in the alley. And the idea is to benefit as many as possible. Be careful, this problem is not current, but a balance must be found.
