Not seeing any improvement while exercising is very unmotivating. The good news is that there are many ways to bring our training back to life.






Exercise with weights is the best option if you want to do an intense session, because exercise machines require less effort. Without the help of a machine, the muscles need more stabilization. The same goes for body weight exercises, which can be more effective in strengthening muscles than training on machines.


Many people separate toning and cardiovascular exercises, but it really doesn't have to be that way. It's important to add cardio exercises to your weight circuit.


Tightening a muscle and holding it in a flexed position provides greater endurance. However, this level of resistance cannot be achieved by traditional exercises. As muscle strength and endurance improves, the duration must be increased.








Performing unilateral exercises that force each arm or leg to work independently will build more strength quickly on each side. In addition, unilateral exercises help to develop the side that we want, in this way we balance the muscular development and equal the strength of our body.
