So I was slacking writing this yesterday.
Had an awesome back and abs day where I also got in my #50pushupchallenge ! Hit 60!
My back workout was a higher rep workout for me sticking to 12-15 reps. It felt good to get the blood pumping.
Then today was an arm workout. Hitting 50 pushups!
My right bicep started to hurt a bit after ez bar curls but felt better as I went on. I have been finding my love for the spin bike again. I can't find a class that fits my schedule but I'm incorporating it when I can on my own.
