I finally got out there and did some cardio. Lol But in reality, its not just a walk that I went on, its a chance to clear my head, get some sun, and increase my health and aesthetic. I'm glad I'm back in the swing of putting my health first. I've been doing weight training regularly for at least six months now and have seen some great results. But now I'm finally adding cardio back to my regimen, I used to cherish the peace and presence that comes along with just walking for like an hour. I think it really helps you sort your life out and makes you feel better because you're doing something productive and beneficial in so many different ways.
