Guys, Today I'll be going over 5 mistakes that you can avoid to stop being a hardgainer
1.Stop worrying about clean eating.
The first and foremost mistake that many people make that they try to eat clean all the time. eg they eat chicken breast all the time which has only few calories but are high satiating foods (which keeps you full for a long time). Start consuming chicken thighs that will increase your calorie intake.
Remember you're hardgainer and you can afford those extra calories.
2.Drink your calories.
Now wait before you get me wrong. I don't mean to drink coke/sodas all the time. Try including shakes in your diet. Usually liquid calories is the best way to be in surplus. What I mean is, in a blender throw 2 cups of milk, some peanut butter, 2-3 bananas, a scoop protein powder and for carbs some oats. And there in a minute you'll have a 1500 calorie shake.
You can consume this as a in between snack and since they are liquid they wont consume much space.
3.Make smart choices.
What do I mean by make smart choice??
whenever you're making a protein say chicken, instead of just throwing in a Tupperware,
4.Ditch your vegetables.
Now I'm a big fan of veggies, but when you're trying to bulk up it's better to avoid them.
They take a lot of space and are very low caloric in value. I mean broccoli is cool but it won't help you gain those muscles. try some nut like peanuts, almonds, cashews and so on.
And if you're so concerned about your minerals, try a multivitamin.
5.Meal prep.
Prep, prep, prep. Yes it's the key to bulking up.
say if you're to consume 5000+ calories, then you'll know how difficult it is and how much work it takes to do that. So instead of daily wasting hours on thinking, make meal prep your habit.
