We continue the theme of pasta with seafood. Today our guest Farfalle with shrimps, flavored with arugula and parmegiano cheese.

Ingredients:
- Farfalle pasta, 200 gr.
- Tiger prawns, fresh, 12 PCs.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Butter, 20 gr.
- Garlic, 2 prongs
- Wine vinegar, 10 ml
- Arugula, 30 gr.
- Chili pepper, 1 PC.
- Salt, vegetable oil.
Boil Farfalle in boiling salted water for 15 minutes, save the broth.
Clean the shrimp, keeping the tail part, remove the esophagus. Peel the onion and cut it into cubes, finely chop the garlic, pepper in small fragments, and tear the arugula.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic over high heat for a minute.
Add the shrimps and fry for two minutes.
Add the chili pepper in the amount corresponding to your attitude to spicy food. Add wine vinegar, 100 ml of broth left over from Farfalle, butter, mix and cook for half a minute.
Add arugula, Farfalle, stir, add salt to taste and remove from heat.
Serve with grated Parmegiano.
