Ingredients: Any type of pasta you see fit, garlic, zucchini and parmesan cheese (grated)...
How to make it:
Slow cook zucchini (season with a little salt and pepper) for four to five hours, until it breaks down into a "filthy, sexy mush."
Cook any type of pasta you see fit in olive oil, adding a bit of salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
Once zucchini sauce is done, add to pasta.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve with red wine.
