Hello friends. Today I bring you a very good recipe to prepare for a special lunch. <3
Ingredients:
- Chili pepper
- Onion
- Peppers
- Carrot
- Tomato
- Cebollin
- Garlic
- Beef
- Rice
- Potatoes
- Salt, soy sauce, marinade and oil.
preparation:
- Chop the chili, onion, paprika, carrot, tomato and chives in strips, pour them into a pan and add the seasonings to taste such as; salt, soy sauce, marinade and a little oil. We proceed to sauté them for about 5 minutes.
- While the meat is cooking we assemble the rice.
(I personally first set the pot and as soon as it is a little hot I add the oil, salt and rice, I stir it a little and then add the water). - Once the meat and the rice are assembled, we precede to chop the potatoes in strips and fry them.
Cooked all ingredients we serve and to eat ... !!
