#2 Bread Omelette

Ingredients

Breads - 2 pieces
Eggs - 3
Onion - one - Chopped into small pieces
Tomato - one - Chopped into small pieces
Capsicum - Half - Chopped into small pieces
Green Chiilies - 1 - Chopped into small pieces
Salt to taste
Butter

Preparation Method:

  1. In a bowl, break the eggs and whisk them. Now add chopped onions,tomatoes,capsicum,green chillies and salt. Whisk everything.
  2. Heat the pan, add butter and toast the 2 pieces of bread until it is golden brown in color(Only single side of each bread). Take the breads out.
  3. In the same pan(with medium flame), add butter and then add the egg mixture.Cook until it is half done. Now put the bread pieces into the omelet(Non toasted side to the top). Gently press the bread to stick to the omelet.Cook for about a minute.
  4. Gently flip the omelette. Cook for a couple of minutes.Once the omelette is fully cooked.
  5. Take into serving plate and serve with your favourite sauces.BeautyPlus_20180210115536_save.jpg
