#4 Crispy Corn

Ingredients

Boiled Sweet Corn -- 2 cups
Corn Flour -- 5tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil -- 5tbsp
Finely chopped onion -- half
Finely chopped spring onions -- 1/4th cup(Optional)
Chilli powder -- 1/2tbsp
Chat Masala powder -- 1/2tbsp
Lemon juice -- 1tbsp

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, add Boiled sweet corn, Salt, Corn flour. Mix them all.
2. Heat oil in a pan, Fry the above sweet corn mixture, until light golden brown.
3. Take the fried sweet corn to a bowl. Add Chopped onions, chopped spring onions, Lemon juice, Chilli powder, Chat Masala powder to the corn.
4. Take the mixture to serving bowl.
