Ingredients
- 500 gr bananas. soften with a fork
- 2 tablespoons milk powder
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 50 gr grated cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg, shake off
- For coatings:
- Sufficiently flour and water, mix until smooth and thick
- To taste panir flour or bread crumb
Steps
Mix banana cream with wheat, milk powder, sugar, salt, cheese, then mix well. Enter the eggs, stir until well blended.
Pour the dough into a baking sheet that has been plastic or banana leaf.
Steam for 20-25 minutes. Always cover the steamer with a cloth.
Remove from the steamer, wait cold then cut into pieces.
Dip into a dye dough and roll into panir flour or bread crumb.
Fry with medium heat until yellowish.
Can be directly presented, or add a toping to be more delicious and interesting.
