FISH TACOS
Ingredients
Cabbage Slaw :
- 4 1/2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup diced red onion
- 6 fish fillets (tilapia or any fish you prefer)
- corn tortillas
- 3/4 teaspoon cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 teaspoon ground cayenne
The steps
- Combine all the cabbage slaw ingredients. Chill.
- Mix cayenne, cumin, salt, garlic powder and pepper in a bowl.
- Season each fillet on both sides using the seasoning mix.
- In a non-stick pan, cook fillets over medium-high heat for 4 minutes each side.
- Break fillets into small pieces using fork.
- Heat the tortillas in the same pan over high heat.
- Assemble tacos.
- Serve and Enjoy!
