Now that we all have to stay home due to Covid 19, I have more time to try out making different kinds of bread using yeast.
Today, I made french bread:
It takes time to make these french bread because we need to give 3 to 4 hours for the dough to rise.
Here is the beginning of the dough:
I need to let the dough rest every 45 minutes and then stretch and knead the dough again.
I love putting in lots of black sesame into the dough.
Keep stretching the dough until it becomes smooth and the dough looks relaxed.
