Four is exactly the right number for an Appetizer. With grainy mustard please - no bread / maybe Brezel.
I do the Thüringer version:
In a Brötchen with Bautzner mustard. (but forgot the mustard at home 😒)
Bautzner is Tir1 mustard indeed, especially the light blue version.
