#sixweekhealth Week Three Finalists - GET VOTING
The average quality of the entries is getting higher and high each week. Last week, we struggled to get the posts down to four final entries because there were so many great posts. This week, we have had four very clear stand out entries - however that doesn't mean that the quality wasn't high.
I'm astounded by the support from the community and the willingness to get involved in improving and inspiring health. Thank you all so much.
HERE is the original challenge for this week. There you'll find all of the rules and exactly what we were looking for from entries. This lovely post from @co-co shows off beautiful photography from time spent in the beautiful snowy mountains. She tells us of her life long obsession with music - listening, playing and singing her way through life. And finally writing, releasing her thoughts on to paper to help her de-stress. A well put together post with great formatting and personalised original images.

Volleyball, swimming, workouts and board games
@kusatsuri shows us a wide variety of activities that keep her de-stressed and sane. From Volleyball and swimming to at home workouts and board games. We loved the action shots, the animated gifs and the variety of activity. Thank you for taking the time to show us many of the exercises from your at home workout too!

The power of DIY aromatherapy
This excellent entry from @missdeli not only includes loads of great original photography, but it also helped teach us more about aromatherapy. We loved learning more about the different types of aromatherapy and the different ways you can put together your own special treatments to help you relax! Plus a lovely dtube video too.
De-stress D
Dancing to de-stress yourself
This bilingual post shows @nininijingning's de-stressing activity of dance. We loved the little journey we were taking on with the different and interesting original photography. It looked great fun and seems like a great way to make new friends and new people. Those splits were very impressive.

A. Not holding on here but reading through @co-co’s post is de-stressing on its own. The pleasant formating, the right amount of lovely yet professional looking pictures, her handwriting and love to detail, make this post an almost perfect piece of art. If she would have buckled up a snowboard on that one pic, it would be perfect :)

I don't know why you think we didn't go through your post - I read every single one, yours included. It took a very long time. There is nothing in the challenge rules that say that if you enter you'll be upvoted.
Enter because you want to improve your health, don't enter because you feel you're entitled to an upvote just for joining in.
