Weight loss: small changes bring great results

A healthy lifestyle has been a hot topic in recent years. Every day you see articles about what nutritional direction is the ideal and what a potent change you should go through.

One day you learn how the body is damaging gluten. The next day you are told to keep the lactose diet and then you will read an article about a raw diet that seems to be the best solution for you.

If you are not sure what to start with try these 5 small changes:

1 ) Drinking mode: consume a minimum of 250 ml or one glass for every 10 kilos of your body weight

2 ) Fruits and vegetables: try to eat ( or drink ) 3-5 pieces a day

3 ) Energy from carbohydrates: Carbohydrates are the fastest energy source the body needs to function. Focus on selecting high-quality sources of carbohydrates: rice, potatoes, quinoa, buckwheat, pasta, couscous, bulgur

4 ) Sufficient protein intake: Another common mistake in eating is low protein intake. These can be taken in both animal and plant form. Make sure your diet includes egg, high quality dairy products and meat, as well as legumes and soy products. Do not forget to eat fish that contain omega 3 fatty acids or seafood.

5 ) Fats are not the enemy: Fats should account for about 30% of total energy revenue. It is thanks to them that they produce hormones, and therefore the proper function of the body.

you are very welcome! :) I do have a few healthy videos on my cooking channel haha but mostly treats and breads and such. haha If you want to watch a cute video with me and my nieces, we make gluten and dairy free flaxseed muffins, oh and they have dark semisweet chocolate chips in them. haha
