Holy heaven! I'm glad I came across this recipe. We have a similar dish, called stuffed cabbage, the ingredients are pretty much the same, but we wrap the meat (with spices and rice) in the cabbage leaves and cook them together. This is different, but also interesting. I need to try yours out.
