The truth is, making paellas is for many an art form and today I want to show you some examples.

Such a wonderful dish it's paella 🥘

Seafood Paella looks the best to me. Maybe because it resembles a local dish of ours which I really enjoy - Jollof rice. You may have heard of it. The Valencian Paella looks nice though, it is a cuisine I'd be willing to try without a frown on my face, especially as there's chicken in it. :D
