Let's make 'Jackfruit Cutlets' that are full of flavor and suitable for vegetarians

Hello my loving Hiveans,

How are you, As usual, I wish my dear friends a good evening. tomorrow saturday is a weekend. Very happy to be able to spend more time with family members. Last few days I shared a lot about the special dishes that can be made with jackfruit. Among them, today I am bringing to you how to make 'Polos Cutlet'. Very tasty. Let's see how to make it.

Ingredients;

  • A boiled jackfruit
  • A large onion cut into small pieces
  • A piece of finely chopped pandan leaves
  • A handful of finely chopped curry leaves
  • About 4 green chilli pods, chopped
  • A teaspoon of crushed ginger
  • A tablespoon of crushed garlic
  • About two tablespoons of chilli pieces
  • A teaspoon of pepper powder
  • A teaspoon of salt powder
  • Half a teaspoon of turmeric

  • Two tablespoons of plain flour
  • Two tablespoons of cornflour
  • 100g of breadcrumbs
  • A boiled and mashed potato
  • 150ml of oil

The method of making;

Cut out the skin and core of the boiled jackfruit.

Now mash some of that steamed polos by hand. Then blend everything.

Now heat a pan and add two tablespoons of oil. Keep the heat of the stove at the same level and add crushed ginger, garlic, curry leaves, pandan leaves,big onion and green chillies. Then stir everything on low flame for about a minute.

Then add turmeric, chilli powder, salt powder and chilli pieces to it and fry it on low flame for about 30 seconds.

Then add the blended pollos and boiled and mashed potato.

Now after stirring this mixture on low flame for about four to five minutes, remove it from the stove.

Now let the mixture rest for about 5 minutes and make normal sized balls.

Now add plain flour in a bowl to make the batter. Add the cornflour and stir.

Now add about 4 teaspoons of water and make a normal liquid batter.

Now roll jackfruit balls in this batter and coat them in breadcrumbs.

Place these jackfruit balls coated in breadcrumbs on a pan, add oil to it and after the oil heats up, fry for about 5 minutes on low flame until golden.

Actually we can make cutlets in different flavors. Among them, the polos cutlets made using this jackfruit are very delicious. And good. Not only that it is especially suitable for vegetarians, even if it is a snack, we can make it and taste it even for a special occasion.

A VERY tasty and appetizing recipe, coincidentally today I bought Chinese octopus, this is a typical vegetable from Venezuela, it is usually used to prepare soups, but I thought of preparing some crunchy croquettes, I will go out to the supermarket to buy oil, without this ingredient it will be impossible haha
