Use your own words, your own experiences, places, ideas, etc. It is difficult writing about something you have little or no knowledge about. I believe everyone here has something they are passionate about, talk about it. Share your experience and thoughts. It is one of the easiest ways to connect with people. I understand it might make you look vulnerable but I would rather look vulnerable than stupid."
