AquĂ les traigo el resumen de cĂłmo cerrĂ© la semana de entrenamiento este viernes. La verdad es que estuvo intenso, de esos dĂas en los que sales con lo justo pero con la satisfacciĂłn de haberle dado con todo.
​LogrĂ© desocuparme tipo 6:50 pm y, sin pensarlo dos veces, me cambiĂ© volando, agarrĂ© el bolso con los implementos, el trĂpode para grabar los avances y me fui directo al parque de barras. Al llegar, saludĂ© a los brothers y me puse de una con los estiramientos. Ya bien activo, empecĂ© lo bueno: fuerza enfocada en Power moves.
​Para calentar motores, tiré unas series de prueba y los resultados me dejaron con buen sabor de boca:
​Full planche push up: Me saqué 6 repeticiones, seguidas de un press to handstand y cerrando con un aguante en Full planche de unos 3 segundos.
​Front lever pull up: Salieron 13 repeticiones y, además, un aguante de Front lever de otros 3 segundos.
​Definitivamente, sentĂ una mejora comparado con el de este martes, aunque, siendo honesto, todavĂa me falta pulir la tĂ©cnica y la estĂ©tica. Hay detalles que corregir, asĂ que eso ya queda anotado para la prĂłxima.
​Luego pasamos a los combos de Full planche y Front lever. AquĂ la neta es que me vi medio flojo; me costaron bastante las variantes más pesadas y no logrĂ© conectar todo como querĂa, aunque rescato un par de ejecuciones pasables. Para no quedarme con la espina, cerrĂ© con una “fase espartana”: 10 series de ​Full planche push up y ​Front lever pull up al fallo. Eso sĂ, me tocĂł ser conservador con las ​​Full planche push up, realizando (2-3 reps por serie) por la lesiĂłn del bĂceps que ahĂ va sanando. Molesta un poco, pero se nota que va por buen camino.
​Terminé a las 10:00 pm molido. Recogà todo y me fui a casa, pero antes de tirarme a dormir, me mandé 50 sentadillas con mancuernas para que las piernas no se sintieran olvidadas. Ahora toca recuperar este fin de semana. Quizás el domingo practique algunos trucos, pero por ahora, a descansar.

Here's a summary of how I ended my training week this Friday. To be honest, it was intense, one of those days when you just barely make it but feel satisfied that you gave it your all.
I managed to finish work at around 6:50 p.m. and, without thinking twice, I quickly changed, grabbed my bag with my gear, the tripod to record my progress, and headed straight to the park. When I arrived, I greeted my brothers and started stretching. Once I was warmed up, I got down to business: strength training focused on power moves.
To warm up, I did a few test runs and the results left me feeling optimistic:
Full planche push-up: I did 6 reps, followed by a press to handstand and finishing with a Full planche hold for about 3 seconds.
Front lever pull-up: I managed 13 reps and held the front lever for another 3 seconds.
I definitely felt an improvement compared to Tuesday, although, to be honest, I still need to polish my technique and aesthetics. There are details to correct, so I'll make a note of that for next time.
Then we moved on to Full planche and Front lever combos. To be honest, I felt a bit weak here; the heavier variations were quite difficult for me and I couldn't connect everything as I wanted to, although I did manage a couple of passable executions. To avoid being left with a bad taste in my mouth, I finished with a "Spartan phase": 10 sets of Full planche push-ups and Front lever pull-ups to failure. Of course, I had to be conservative with the Full planche push-ups, doing (2-3 reps per set) because of my biceps injury, which is healing. It's a little annoying, but you can tell it's on the right track.
I finished at 10:00 pm, exhausted. I packed everything up and went home, but before going to bed, I did 50 squats with dumbbells so my legs wouldn't feel neglected. Now it's time to recover this weekend. Maybe on Sunday I'll practice some tricks, but for now, it's time to rest.
