Wow.... This is more like a challenge to me that I need to work out more often and stretch these muscles of mine on a daily basis. Truth be told whenever I'm having any muscular pain, all I do is sit still till it goes away on its own without knowing I've been doing myself more harm than good and so reading this I've been enlightened and would try to shake the pain off next time it occurs. Thanks for sharing 🥰.

Yes, even if you're not able to do rigorous exercises or weightlifting, I would strongly recommend stretching. Stretching feels awkward at first because you might not realise how tight (curled) up the body is. Take it slowly and observe the sensations that you feel. Each day stretch any particular area that pains a little bit more. Breathe through the pain slowly and apply pressure to areas that might pain.

I'm happy that this brought some enlightenment. I learned that from my chiropractor at a time when a was suffering from a health condition that caused chronic pain.
